PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE March 2 4 , 202 6 6: 45 pm PRESENT : Alderpersons Garza, Kirley, Rusniak, and Turchi ALSO PRESENT : City Administrator Steve Volkert, Deputy City Clerk Jessica Randall , and Civil Engineer Ryan Wickesberg. Call to Order – Alderperson Garza called the meeting to order at 6: 45 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of Hartford City Hall, 109 North Main Street. Public Comment Period – No public comment. Discussion and Consideration of a pproving the Budd Street Reconstruction Project / Public Construction Project : - Civil Engineer Ryan Wickesberg stated this is the first of two Capital Roadway projects in 2026. This project will go from Grant Street to W State Street. Lalonde Contractors came in as the only bid at $783,000.00. This bid was below budget. MOTION by Alderperson Kirley , seconded by Alderperson Rusniak approving the Budd Street Reconstruction Project / Public Construction Project. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
