Bierce, Alderwoman C. Brown, J. Endl, D. Kiser, D. Linsmeier, and A. Schoenemann. Also in attendance: City Planner & Community Development Director N. Fuchs, Administrator S. Klein, Department of Public Works Director M. Wagner, and Deputy Clerk/Community Development Coordinator A. Hurd. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance Chairman Bierce called the meeting to order at 6:00pm and requested everyone stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Items for Discussion and Action 2.1 Discussion and Action Regarding a Certified Survey Map for Waukesha State Bank for the Purpose of Combining Two Lots on the Former Ruekert Mielke Property Located at W233 N2080 Ridgeview Parkway (PWC 0953984007 & PWC 0953984008) A motion was made and seconded (C. Brown, D. Kiser) to approve the Certified Survey Map for Waukesha State Bank. Motion Passed: 5-For, 0-Against. 2.2 Discussion and Action Regarding the Architectural Changes to the Shorepoint Church Site and Building Plan Approvals for Property Located on the Southwest Corner of Duplainville Road and Capitol Drive Originally Approved on 11/21/2024 (PWC 0912983, PWC 0912984, PWC 0912985) A motion was made and seconded (D. Kiser, D. Linsmeier) to reapprove the Certified Survey Map for Shorepoint Church and return to Plan Commission with final color and pattern selections on the metal paneling. Motion Passed: 5-For, 0-Against. 2.3 Discussion and Action Regarding Re-Approval of the Shorepoint Church Certified Survey Map for Property Located on the Southwest Corner of Duplainville Road and Capitol Drive Originally Approved on 11/21/2024 (PWC 0912983, PWC 0912984, PWC 0912985) Action taken in Item 2.2. 3. Adjournment A motion was made and seconded (D. Kiser, C. Brown) to adjourn the meeting at 6:34pm. Motion Passed: 5-For, 0-Against.
