Plan Commission meeting minutes ~ July 16, 2026 Page 1 City of Pewaukee W240 N3065 Pewaukee Road Plan Commission Meeting Minutes Thursday, July 16, 2026 In attendance: Mayor S. Bierce, Alderwoman C. Brown, J. Endl, D. Kiser, and D. Linsmeier. Also in attendance: City Planner & Community Development Director N. Fuchs, Administrator S. Klein, Department of Public Works Director M. Wagner, and Deputy Clerk/Community Development Coordinator A. Hurd. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance Chairman Bierce called the meeting to order at 6:00pm and requested everyone stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Items for Discussion and Action 2.1 Discussion and Action Regarding a Kennel License for Annmarie Gray for Property Located at N7 W27811 Northview Road for the Purpose of Having Four Resident Dogs and Temporarily Fostering Puppies in Need Through HAWS (PWC 0982997006) A motion was made and seconded (D. Linsmeier, D. Kiser) to approve the Kennel License for Annmarie Gray. Motion Passed: 5-For, 0-Against. 2.2 Discussion and Action Regarding the Site and Building Plans for Cold Noses Sanctuary for the Purpose of Constructing an Approximately 3,700 Square Foot Dog Facility on Property Located at N47 W26699 Lynndale Road (PWC 0882999001) A motion was made and seconded (C. Brown, J. Endl) to approve the Site and Building Plans for Cold Noses Sanctuary with the final Engineering conditions. Motion Passed: 5- For, 0-Against. 2.3 Discussion and Action Regarding a Recommendation to the Common Council for a Conditional Use Permit for Mental Health America of Wisconsin to Operate a Peer-Run Respite Home for Veterans Located at N2 W27318 Lyles Drive (PWC 0984029) A motion was made and seconded (S. Bierce, D. Kiser) to advance the Conditional Use Permit to the Common Council to make a decision with no recommendation from the Plan Commission. Motion Passed: 3-For, 1-Against (C. Brown), 1-Abstain (J. Endl). 2.4 Discussion and Action Regarding the Site and Building Plans for T&M Waukesha, LLC/Terex for the Purpose of Adding Overhead Doors to the East and West Elevations and Installing an Overhead Lift Within the Outdoor Gravel Storage Area on Property Located at N4 W22610 Bluemound Road (PWC 0963999016) A motion was made and seconded (C. Brown, D. Kiser) to approve the Site and Building Plans for T&M Waukesha LLC/Terex with the condition to repair the broken slats in the fencing. Motion Passed: 5-For, 0-Against.
