1 Committee-Of-The-Whole - October 06, 2026 City of Oconomowoc Committee-Of-The-Whole Meeting Minutes October 06, 2026 - 6:55 PM Aldermen Present: Zachary Frankowski, Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Kevin Ellis, Karen Spiegelberg, Charles Schellpeper (excused absent) , Lou Kowieski, Erik Jungwirth Also Present: Matt Rosek, Mark Frye, Gina Kozlik, Kevin Kaari, Jason Gallo, James Pfister, Steve Hatton Mayor Rosek called the Committee-Of-The-Whole Meeting to order and appropriate meeting notice was confirmed at 6:55 PM. Roll Call Committee Business a. Presentation on Geographic Information System (GIS) Services Tim Reel, Wastewater Operations Manager, introduced Ryan Eckdale-Dudley from Mead & Hunt who presented information on plans for expanded use and implementation of enhanced GIS systems. There was discussion on current and future tools across several departments and opportunities for use by the public. b. Preliminary 2027 Utility Budget - Distribution of materials Finance Director Hatton provided a brief overview on the Utility Budget and demonstrated how to navigate to the detailed information.
