Aldermen Present: Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Charles Schellpeper, Zachary Frankowski

Chairman Aultman Kloth called the Finance Committee Meeting to order and appropriate meeting notice was
confirmed at 7:05 PM.
Committee Business
a. Review/Discuss 2025 Year-end and 1st Quarter Financial Overview
Finance Director Hatton reviewed the report and demonstrated how the public can also view the
report on the website. Kowiewski asked about contingencies and Hatton explained if the project is
ongoing it would stay with the project and may fall to fund balance depending on the circumstances.
Adjourn
Motion to adjourn made by Ellis and seconded by Frankowski.
Motion carried 3-0-0.
The meeting adjourned at 7:18 PM.
