Chairman Rosek called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
2. Approval of previous meeting minutes-April 8, 2026:

3. Comment from Citizens specific to items on this meeting agenda: None.
4a. Consider/recommend the Certified Survey Map to create 1 outlot and dedicate public right-of-
way being a redivision of Lot 1 of CSM 12730 located on Snyder Way and Olde Highlander Drive
(former ski hill):
Gallo explained the purpose of this CSM is to divide off a portion of land (.82 acres) for dedicating to the
City for construction of Olde Highlander Drive and additional land (4,981 sf) to widen Snyder Way for the
configuration of the entrance to the Vacation Owners property. The CSM also creates an outlot of the
remaining land. Gallo said the road is being widened to address the Vacation Owners concerns. Mayor
Rosek questioned the driveway which doesn’t appear to go anywhere. Eric Obarski of Neumann
Development explained Neumann is putting this access area in for the Vacation Owners, and they want it
as a turnaround for box truck deliveries.
Motion by Ellis to recommend to the Common Council the Olde Highlander Certified Survey Map to
reconfigure lands abutting Pabst Road; second by Valley. Motion carried 6-0.
Planning Department Correspondence-March:
Gallo gave an explanation of his monthly correspondence and said staff received no requests for temporary
use permits; sent 4 letters for various zoning and other issues; and issued occupancy permits to 5 new
businesses.
Motion by Valley to adjourn the meeting at 6:11 pm; second by Ellis. Motion carried 6-0.
