The meeting was held in-person with an option to join via Teams. Roll Call: Burdus Galbraith, Bonnie Lewis-Tschannen, Leslie Kleba, and Andy Moroni appeared in-person. Jimi Hall and Nicholas Noggle (alternate) appeared via Teams. Absent: None Staff present: Gina Kozlik, City Clerk Explanation by City Clerk for Conducting Board of Review with hybrid, In-Person and Teams appearances. Clerk Kozlik reported that the Board of Review has been meeting in this hybrid format and it has been determined by our legal representation that it is acceptable for the first meeting to adjourn. This initial meeting is brief with only action on the scheduling process for objections and adjournment to a later date for hearings. The roll was incomplete at the time, and it was necessary to call the Board of Review into session during the forty-five (45) day period and adjourn. Consider/act on scheduling process for objections – Kozlik asked the Board if they wished to continue with the Clerk’s office handling the scheduling of potential hearings on the objections as had been past practice. Motion by Lewis-Tschannen to have the Clerk’s office schedule hearings for objections submitted, second by Kleba. Motion carried 6-0. Motion by Kleba to adjourn the Board of Review meeting until Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., second by Galbraith. Motion carried 6-0.
