TOWN OF GENESEE AMENDED SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MINUTES June 10, 2026 Chairman Tesch called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Present were Chairman Tesch, Town Board Supervisors Morris, Braun, Yatzeck and Reece. Also Present were Administrator Herrmann and Clerk- Treasurer Majeskie Presentations of proposal for the Town of Genesee Comprehensive Land Use Plan 2035. The Board listened and asked questions from the following four companies. Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC, Vierbicher, MSA Professional Services, Inc. and Cedar Corporation. Discussion/Action - Selection of Organization to prepare update to the Town of Genesee Comprehensive Land Use Plan 2035. The Board talked about the presentations. They decided to ask two of the presenters some questions and meet again on June 25, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. CLOSED SESSION The Town Board may enter, by roll call vote, into a Closed Session pursuant to State Statute 19.85 (1) (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session; Bids for the Comprehensive Land Use Plan. The Board did not go into closed session. Discussion/Action- following closed sessions, the Town Board will convene into open session and may take such action as it deems appropriate regarding the matter discussed in closed session No action taken. Adjourn Braun made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Reece. The motion passed unanimously.
