TOWN OF GENESEE SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MINUTES June 10, 2026 Chairman Tesch called the meeting to order at 3:55 p.m. Present were Chairman Tesch, Town Board Supervisors Morris, Yatzeck and Reece. Also, Present were Administrator Herrmann and Clerk-Treasurer Majeskie. Supervisor Braun was absent. Discussion/Action – Request for payment for the 2026 Road Rehabilitation Program to Payne & Dolan, Inc. for $ 205,852.51 for work completed through June 1, 2026 Morris made a motion to approve the payment for Payne & Dolan, Inc., seconded by Yatzeck. The motion passed 4-0. Adjourn Yatzeck made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Reece. The motion passed 4-0. The meeting was adjourned at 3:57 Respectfully submitted, Meri Majeskie WCMC Clerk Treasurer
