1 Protection & Welfare Committee - March 17, 2026 City of Oconomowoc Protection & Welfare Committee Meeting Minutes March 17, 2026 - 6:45 PM Aldermen Present: Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Matt Rosek, Erik Jungwirth Also Present: Robert Magnus, Karen Spiegelberg, Matt Mulder, Charles Schellpeper, Rusty McConnell, Mark Frye, Gina Kozlik, Robert Duffy, Jason Gallo, James Pfister, Tim Reel, Steve Hatton Chairman Aultman Kloth called the Protection & Welfare Committee Meeting to order and appropriate meeting notice was confirmed at 6:48 PM. Committee Business a. Consider/recommend Resolution 26-R3346 Granting a New 2025-2026 Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage & “Class C” Wine Licenses to First Watch Restaurants, Inc. (First Watch #1163) Applicant Bryce Kingsbury as Agent for First Watch was present. The committee was in favor of the license and wished the applicant good luck with their planned opening April 6th. Motion to recommend Resolution 26-R3346 granting a new 2025-2026 Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage & "Class C" Wine Licenses to First Watch Restaurants, Inc. (First Watch #1163) made by Rosek and seconded by Ellis. Motion carried 3-0-0. Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Rosek and seconded by Ellis. Motion carried 3-0-0. The meeting adjourned at 6:50 PM.
