1 Protection & Welfare Committee - February 17, 2026 City of Oconomowoc Protection & Welfare Committee Meeting Minutes February 17, 2026 - 7:15 PM Aldermen Present: Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Matt Rosek, Erik Jungwirth Also Present: Robert Magnus, Karen Spiegelberg, Matt Mulder, Charles Schellpeper, Kevin Ellis, Mark Frye, Gina Kozlik, James Pfister, Scott Osborn, Steve Hatton Chairman Aultman Kloth called the Protection & Welfare Committee Meeting to order and appropriate meeting notice was confirmed at 7:10 PM. Committee Business a. Consider/act on approval of Taxicab Driver License for Patricia Siebrecht (Silver Streak) Clerk Kozlik noted that this license would be approved at Committee level per the Ordinance, and that the Police Department has reviewed and approved Patricia’s record and application. Motion to approve the Taxicab Driver License for Patricia Siebrecht (Silver Streak) made by Rosek and seconded by Jungwirth. Motion carried 3-0-0. b. Consider/recommend approval of Full-Service Retail Sales Application - Steelhead Aleworks, LLC Kozlik explained that this application includes a revised premise description map with the restaurant now closed. She also clarified that the City only approves the types of alcohol as this a full-service retail sales permit issued by the State to a brewer. Applicant is requesting beer, wine and alcohol. Motion to recommend approval of Full-Service Retail Sales Application - Steelhead Aleworks, LLC made by Rosek and seconded by Jungwirth. Motion carried 3-0-0.
