1 Committee-Of-The-Whole - February 03, 2026 City of Oconomowoc Committee-Of-The-Whole Meeting Minutes February 03, 2026 - 6:45 PM Aldermen Present: Kevin Ellis, Karen Spiegelberg, Matt Mulder, Charles Schellpeper, Erik Jungwirth, Matt Rosek, Jennifer Aultman Kloth Alderman Absent: Rusty McConnell Also Present: Robert Magnus, Mark Frye, Gina Kozlik, Kevin Kaari, Jason Herzog, James Pfister, Tim Reel, Steve Hatton Mayor Magnus called the Committee-Of-The-Whole Meeting to order and appropriate meeting notice was confirmed at 6:43 PM. Committee Business a. Presentation of Western Sanitary Sewer Study Wastewater Operations Manager Reel introduced the engineers from Ruekert & Mielke that worked on the study, Stan Sugden, Abby Hanson, and David Arnott. Abby provided a PowerPoint presentation of the details on the sanitary sewer for the two areas of the study to the west and south sides of the City. Stan discussed some assessment and financial information for adding infrastructure to new service and development areas. Reel added that it is preferrable to develop on City services. Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Mulder and seconded by Aultman Kloth. Motion carried 7-0-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:23 PM. Minutes taken by Gina Kozlik, City Clerk
