1 Public Services Committee - February 03, 2026 City of Oconomowoc Public Services Committee Meeting Minutes February 03, 2026 - 6:10 PM Aldermen Present: Kevin Ellis, Matt Mulder, Charles Schellpeper Also Present: Robert Magnus, Erik Jungwirth, Matt Rosek, Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Mark Frye, Gina Kozlik, James Pfister, Tim Reel, Steve Hatton Chairman Ellis called the Public Services Committee Meeting to order at 6:10 PM. Committee Business a. Consider/recommend Resolution 26-R3336 Accepting Lake Bluff Drive Extension Construction Bids Public Works Director Jason Herzog reviewed the background information that was included in his memo about this project. He also discussed the two public informational meetings and the east/west connectivity the project will bring. Herzog reviewed the bids with the low bidder being Musson Brothers. Motion to recommend Resolution 26-R3336 accepting Lake Bluff Dr extension construction bids made by Schellpeper and seconded by Mulder. Motion carried 3-0-0. b. Consider/recommend Resolution 26-R3337 Cleaning Services for Municipal Buildings Herzog explained that the cleaning service has provided good service and pricing for six buildings. Administrator Frey added they are a family-oriented business that has been doing the job for many years, and the five-year contract includes a 3% increase every year. Motion to recommend Resolution 26-R3337 cleaning services for Municipal Buildings made by Mulder and seconded by Schellpeper. Motion carried 3-0-0.
