Plan Commission — Minutes

PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES AUGUST 4, 2026 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dave Roelli at 6:30 PM. Present at roll call were: Mayor Roelli, Joe Boll, Jeff McCarthy, Fritz Hanewall, and Kevin Andrews . Absent: Kyle McCarville and Phil Risseeuw. Also present were: Kerry Black, Cindy Corley, John Sonsalla, Attorney Jacob Gardner, Steve Pickett, Kim Winslow, and Amy Johnson. Motion by McCarthy, seconded by Boll, that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. Motion carried. Motion by Boll, seconded by Hanewall, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion carried. Under new business, a discussion was held concerning a certified survey map for a land division for Michael & Julie McKillip and Josh Williams in the Town of Darlington. A copy of the certified survey map was included in the packet. After discussion, motion by McCarthy, seconded by Hanewall, to recommend to the Council the approval of the certified survey map for Michael & Julie McKillip and Josh Williams for the property located in the Town of Darlington as presented. Motion carried. There being no further business for this meeting, motion by Boll, seconded by McCarthy, to adjourn the meeting at 6:32 PM. Motion carried. CITY OF DARLINGTON Amy L.
