1 AMERY PLAN COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS September 24 , 2026 The Plan Commission for the City of Amery met on Thursday – September 24 , 2026 , at City Hall . Rick Van Blaricom ; called the meeting to order at 9 :0 0 a .m. Present: Members – Rick Van Blaricom (left at 10:35am) , Eric Elkin, Paul Isakson , Brianna White , Scott Carlson , Paul Shafer, and Pat Cahill. Staff present: Alex Mansfield-City Administrator and Taylor Larson -Clerk/Treasurer Others present – Claire Stickler with MSA Motion by Elkin ; seconded by Isakson to approve the agenda. Ayes – 7 Nays – 0 Motion Carried. 1. Public Comment – None 2. Zoning Code Rewrite Update, Discussion and Recommendation – Claire Stickler with MSA presented the draft zoning code . The commission reviewed the code and made suggestions. The commission would like to see the code again after the changes are made before they make a recommendation.
