Gillis, Ald. Hand, Ald. Johnson, Ald. Kreyer, Ald. Miller, Ald. Swan and Ald. Williamson Council Absent: Ald. Kennell Others Present: Attorney Kelsey, Clerk Poppe, Jay & Jar Welter Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Application for a Class B Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage License for the period of November 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022: Louies Bar Restaurant LLC, Jay L Welter, agent, 10583 Gresylon Drive, Hayward. A motion was made by Ald. Miller, seconded by Ald. Gillis to approve the issuance of a Class B Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage license for the period of November 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 to Louies Bar Restaurant LLC, Jay L Welter, agent, 10583 Gresylon Drive Hayward – issuance of the license pending the surrender of the license currently held by JD Meier Inc. Roll call vote: Ald. Gillis – yes; Ald. Hand – yes; Ald. Johnson – yes; Ald. Kreyer – yes; Ald. Miller – yes; Ald. Swan – yes; and Ald. Williamson – yes. Motion carried: Ayes (7), Nays (0) Adjournment A motion was made by Ald. Swan, seconded by Ald. Williamson to adjourn.
