TOWN OF MUKWONAGO TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25, 2020 Chairman Topczewski called the meeting to order at 1:15 p.m. and stated the meeting has been properly noticed. ROLL CALL: Chairman Topczewski, Supervisors Boucher, Wrasman and Yerke were present. Supervisor Clabault was absent. RESOLUTION AMENDING THE GENERAL FUND $5,000 FOR WAUKESHA COUNTY PROJECT TO KEEP THE BRIDGE ON CTH ES OVER THE FOX RIVER IN THE VILLAGE OF MUKWONAGO OPEN TO THRU TRAFFIC BEGINNING JUNE, 2020 Motion by Supervisor Wrasman, second by Chairman Topczewski to approve the Resolution Amending the General Fund $5,000 for Waukesha County Project to keep the bridge on CTH ES over the Fox River in the Village of Mukwonago open to thru traffic beginning June, 2020 subject to the Town of Vernon Board approval and the Village of Mukwonago Board approval. Supervisor Wrasman stated he would like the minutes to reflect that he does not want this action to set a precedent for future Waukesha County projects. All ayes; motion carried. AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE PARAMEDIC INTERCEPT SERVICES BETWEEN THE VILLAGE AND TOWN OF MUKWONAGO AND THE ELKHORN AREA FIRE DEPARTMENT Motion by Supervisor Boucher, second by Supe rvisor Wrasman to approve the Agreement to provide paramedic intercept services between the Village and Town of Mukwonago and the Elkhorn Area Fire Department. All ayes; motion carried. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Supervisor Boucher, second by Chairman Topczewski to adjourn at 1:40 p.m. All ayes; motion carried.
