Operator Licenses for the Castaway on Phantom for Barbara Carroll and Sean Carroll d. Alcohol Beverage License Application for The Castaway on Phantom e. Alcohol Beverage License Application for Trolley Pub f. Operator Licenses for Trolley Pub per attached list g. Payment to Herr in the amount of $15,430.00 and to Gavers Pavers in the amount of $1,200 for emergency repair to the septic/sewer g.
