JOINT MUNICIPAL COURT COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA VILLAGE OF NORTH PRAIRIE, TOWN OF MUKWONAGO, TOWN OF EAGLE, VILLAGE OF EAGLE AND VILLAGE OF VERNON NORTH PRAIRIE MUNICIPAL CENTER, 130 N HARRISON STREET, NORTH PRAIRIE, WI 53153 AUGUST 28, 2024 AT 5:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Public Comment. At the sole discission of the Committee Chair, citizens are invited to make comments to the Committee, under the following procedures. Committee members should not be expected to discuss issues presented at this time, citizens, comments limited to 2 minutes each; in the event public comments exceed 15 minutes, the Committee will continue with the regular agenda and resume public comment after the Committee business has been completed, public comments on specific personnel matters are not appropriate subject for this forum and should be referred to the Village Office; any comments which may violate an individual right of an employee will not be permitted. 4. Motion to approve August 17, 2023, meeting minutes. 5. Discussion, action as necessary: Consider any presentations, agreements, contracts or letters of engagement from other accounting firms as received and submitted by other committee members, including members Mommaerts and Spurrell. 6. Discussion, action as necessary: Motion to Add TIPPS Court Computer Software, which includes only 1st year maintenance to the Municipal Court Budget Expense Account number 10-51200- 327 in the Amount of $29,200. 7. Discussion, action as necessary: Proposed 2025 Joint Municipal Court budget. 8. Discussion, action as necessary: Next meeting date, Budget Meeting August 14, 2025, 5:00 p.m. 9. Adjourn.
