Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance 2. Open Meeting Noticed 3. Roll Call 4. Announcement of Closed Session Announcement of Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(g) conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved regarding: property located on Wahl Avenue in the Village of Mukwonago and regarding Rod Fritts, developer for Rolling Hills Subdivision. 5. Public Comments (The purpose of this section is to allow the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Town Board. If you wish to be heard, the Town Board asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.
