Board of Public Works MEETING MINUTES September 21, 2026 - 4:30 PM Council Chambers 3805 S. Casper Dr. MINUTES 1. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR Each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes. The Privilege of the Floor session shall not exceed a total of thirty (30) minutes. No members of the public (or attendees) spoke during this portion of the meeting. 2. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Dave Ament called the meeting to order at 4:41 PM 3. ROLL CALL; DECLARATION OF QUORUM; PUBLIC NOTICE DCD Office Assistant Kailyn Marquardt took the roll call as follows: Present: Board Member Seidl, Mayor Ament, Alderperson Maxey, Alderperson Horbinski, Alderperson Hopkins Excused: Staff Present: City Engineer Tammy Simonson, DCD Office Assistant Kailyn Marquardt The meeting clerk confirmed that a quorum was present and that the meeting was properly posted in compliance with open meetings law. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. 6/15/2026 Meeting Minutes MOTION: Motion to Approve Motion by: Board Member Seidl Second by: Alderperson Maxey VOTE: Motion Passed 5-0 5. OLD BUSINESS No items. 6. NEW BUSINESS A. ITEM 08-26 Discussion and possible recommendation to the Common Council to approve the Right-of-Way Plat for the rehabilitation of Greenfield Avenue from Brookfield Road to 124th Street. MOTION: Motion to Approve Motion by: Alderperson Horbinski Second by: Alderperson Hopkins VOTE: Motion Passed 5-0 7. UPDATES City Engineer Tammy Simonson gave updates on the 2026 Roadway Maintinence and Rehabilitation efforts. 8.
