CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Ament called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM and led the Pledge of Allegiance. 2. ROLL CALL; DECLARATION OF QUORUM; PUBLIC NOTICE DCD Office Assistant Kailyn Marquardt took the roll call as follows: Present: Mayor Ament, Alderperson Horbinski, Alderperson Hopkins, Commissioner Felda, Commissioner Patterson, Commissioner Vaclav, Commissioner Schulpius Excused: Staff Present: DCD Office Assistant Kailyn Marquardt, Deputy Director of Community Development Nikki Jones, Principal Planner Kristen Hogan. The meeting clerk confirmed that a quorum was present and that the meeting was properly posted in compliance with open meetings law. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. 4/10/2025 Meeting Minutes MOTION: Motion to Approve April 10th, 2025 meeting minutes Motion by: Commissioner Vaclav Second by: Commissioner Schulpius VOTE: Motion Passed 7-0 4. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS No report. 5. OLD BUSINESS No items. 6. NEW BUSINESS A. (2) KH UA-2601413 Waleed Gamay with DreamPak – 17100 W. Ryerson Road – Conceptual review for a 31,200 square foot building addition for DreamPak No discussion. Mayor Ament indicated that the item is to be removed from the agenda at the request of the applicant. No action needed. 7. COMMUNICATIONS No items. 8.
