1 TOWN OF PORT EDWARDS COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVISIONS PUBLIC HEARING MEETING MINUTES Date: October 14th, 2024 Call to Order: Chairman Randy Moody called the meeting to order at 6 p.m. in the Town Hall. The meeting began with the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance. Meeting Certification: This meeting has been properly posted (on the Town Hall’s door) as well as published on our website, to notify the public of date, place, time, and agenda. Attendance: Chairman Randy Moody, Supervisors Tim Schmidt and Jeff O’Donnell, Treasurer Kathy Reese, Clerk Michelle Sorenson. There were six people from the public also in attendance. Agenda: Approve the agenda Review the revised Town comprehensive plan and answer any questions Public Input Adjourn Motion was made by O’Donnell and seconded by Schmidt to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Revised Comprehensive Plan: Sam Wessel, Senior Planner at North Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission was not present. A couple of copies of the revised comprehensive plan were passed around. The materials were reviewed. Public input: There was none.
