Town of Sherry Special Board of Supervisors Meeting Minutes December 28, 2023 The special Town Board meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m.by Chairman Lang with Supervisor Bean, Supervisor Holtz, and Clerk Lobner present. Additions or Adjustments to the Agenda: The shed discussion topic was erroneously placed on the agenda and was removed. Recycling for the Town of Sherry: The board members reviewed the year-end invoices for the Town of Milladore from 2019-2023. For clarity the Clerk will modify the documents by adding columns which will reflect totals for each column. The original document had one continuous running total on the bottom. Clerk will forward modified documents to Supervisor Holtz for review. Public Input: May the St. Kilian’s Church attendant place garbage at the recycling center after a funeral? Funeral services may occur Monday through Saturday. Response: The Recycling Center should be used only during regular operational hours. Use of the Recycling Center outside of those hours is not permitted. Schedule Future Meetings, as required: None. Future Agenda Items: None. Adjournment: There was a motion to adjourn by Supervisor Bean, second by Supervisor Holtz. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 2:40 p.m. by Chairman Lang.
