Special Meeting April 15 2021

Town of Richfield, Wood County Special Board Meeting | April 15, 2021 1. Dave Steinmetz called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. 2. The following persons were present: Tirzah Draeger (Clerk), Dave Steinmetz (Chairman) Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #1), and Jack Pernsteiner (Supervisor #2). 3. Jack Pernsteiner made a motion to add board members Dave Steinmetz and Chris McDaniel to the bank account. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 4. Clerk appointment was discussed. 5. Chris McDaniel made a motion to adjourn. Jack Pernsteiner 2nd the motion. Motion carried at 8:00pm. Tirzah Draeger, Clerk
