Monthly Meeting March 8 2021

Town of Richfield, Wood County Monthly Board Meeting | March 8, 2021 1. Jim Good called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance (done at the Budget Hearing) 3. The following persons were present: Tirzah Draeger (Clerk), Tammi Pernsteiner (Treasurer), Jim Good (Chairman), Dave Steinmetz (Supervisor #1) Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #2), Josh Sabo (Fire Chief), Keith Albright (Hwy Department), Jack Pernsteiner (resident), and Jeff Knutson (property owner). 4. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to approve February 8, 2021 Public Board meeting minutes as printed. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 5. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report as printed. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 6. New owner of Bethel Property shared his vision for the property. 7. Fire Chief’s Report. Moved to later in the meeting. 8. First Responders Report. Moved to later in the meeting. 9. Rural Insurance policy was discussed. 10. Road Maintenance a. Bridge on Richfield Drive was discussed. b. Bridge on Lincoln (over the Yellow River) was discussed. 11. Building Maintenance a. Chris McDaniel made a motion to purchase an additional security camera for $250.95. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 12. Annual Meeting was discussed. 13. Dogs were discussed. 14. Invoicing was discussed. 15. Items intended for future meeting were discussed. 16. Chris McDaniel made a motion to Approve/Pay monthly bills. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 17. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the amended 2021 budget. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 18. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to approve the Audit.
