Monthly Meeting December 7 2020

Town of Richfield, Wood County Monthly Board Meeting | December 7, 2020 1. Jim Good called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm. 2. The following persons were present: Tirzah Draeger (Clerk), Tammi Pernsteiner (Treasurer), Jim Good (Chairman), Dave Steinmetz (Supervisor #1) Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #2), Josh Sabo (Fire Chief), & Keith Albright (Hwy Department). 3. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the November 9, 2020 Public Board meeting minutes as amended. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 4. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report as printed. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 5. Building Maintenance: a. Brian from Brain’s Electric present light options for outside of the building. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to go with three of the RAB wallpack lights and four of the Lumark wallpack lights. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 6. Fire Chief’s Report. 1 call. 7. First Responders Report. No calls. 8. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to give a notice of leaving the Marshfield Rural Fire Association effective 1/1/2022 at the next meeting. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 9. Wisconsin Surplus Sale items were discussed. 10. Road Maintenance a. Bridge on Richfield Drive was discussed. b. Wood County ATV Route and Trail System signs were discussed. c. Ditches were discussed. 11. Building Maintenance a. See above 12. Chris McDaniel made a motion to set the Caucus Meeting Date for Monday, January 11, 2020 at 6:30PM. Dave Steinmetz second the motion. The motion carried. 13. City of Marshfield Zoning overlays were discussed. 14. Recycling Board were discussed. 15. Waste Management were discussed. 16. Snowplowing for the Town of Arpin were discussed. 17. Snowplowing for the Town of Wood were discussed. 18. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve and sign an Ambulance Contract with the City of Marshfield. Dave Steinmetz second the motion. The motion carried. 19. Invoicing was discussed. 20. Vender check stop payment. No Action taken. 21. Items intended for future meeting were discussed. 22. Accounts Payable: Dave Steinmetz made a motion to Approve/Pay monthly bills. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 23. Budget Review tabled to the February meeting. 24. Chris McDaniel made a motion to adjourn. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion.
