Meeting November 4 2020

Town of Richfield, Wood County Board Meeting November 4, 2020 1. Jim Good called the meeting to order at 5:37 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. The following persons were present: Tirzah Draeger (Clerk), Tammi Pernsteiner (Treasurer), Jim Good (Chairman), Dave Steinmetz (Supervisor #1), & Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #2). 4. Road Maintenance was discussed. 5. Building Maintenance: Chris made a motion to accept Nikolai’s bid for the Town Hall repairs. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 6. Items intended for future meetings 7. Accounts Payable: Chris McDaniel made a motion to Approve/Pay the bills. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 8. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to adjourn. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. Motion carried at 6:30pm. Tirzah Draeger, Clerk
