Town of Richfield, Wood County Monthly Board Meeting September 14, 2020 1. Jim Good called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. The following persons were present: Tirzah Draeger (Clerk), Tammi Pernsteiner (Treasurer), Jim Good (Chairman), Dave Steinmetz (Supervisor #1), Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #2), Josh Sabo (Fire Chief), & Keith Albright (Resident). 4. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to approve the August 10, 2020 Public Board meeting minutes as printed. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 5. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report as printed. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 6. Fire Chief’s Report. 1 call. 7. First Responders Report. 5 calls. 8. Road Maintenance a. Chip Sealing was discussed. b. Ditching Cleaning is scheduled. c. Title Company was discussed. 9. Building Maintenance a. Security Cameras were discussed. b. Exterior Doors were discussed. c. Ceiling Lights were discussed. 10. Rescue Truck was discussed. 11. Chris McDaniel made a motion to set the Budget Review for Thursday, October 12, 2020 at 7pm. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 12. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to set the Budget Hearing for Monday, November 9, 2020 at 7pm. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 13. Propane Contract was discussed. 14. Town Hall Space Needs Committee was discussed. 15. Items intended for future meeting a. Child booster seats at Town Hall b. Propane Contract c. COVID Cleaning Fee 16. Accounts Payable: Chris McDaniel made a motion to Approve/Pay monthly bills. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 17.
