Monthly Meeting August 10 2020

Town of Richfield, Wood County Monthly Board Meeting August 10, 2020 1. Jim Good called the meeting to order at 7:09 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. The following persons were present: Tirzah Draeger (Clerk), Tammi Pernsteiner (Treasurer), Jim Good (Chairman), Dave Steinmetz (Supervisor #1), Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #2), Josh Sabo (Fire Chief), Keith Albright (Resident), & Sandi Schill (Custodian). 4. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the July 13, 2020 Public Board meeting minutes after amended. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 5. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report as printed. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 6. Fire Chief’s Report. 5 calls. 7. First Responders Report. 1 call. 8. Road Maintenance a. Chip Sealing was discussed. b. Ditching Cleaning was discussed. 9. Building Maintenance a. COVID cleaning of the Town Hall was discussed. Chris McDaniel made a motion to add a COVID Cleaning Charge of $200.00 to both the Resident and Non-Resident Hall Rental forms. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. b. Deposit for renting of the Town Hall was discussed. c. Security Cameras were discussed. d. Fuel Tank was discussed. e. Chris McDaniel made a motion to switch to Weiler’s for our fuel supply. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 10. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to list the Old Rescue Truck on the Wisconsin Surplus Online Auction. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 11. Flag Pole at Cemetery was discussed. 12. Election Equipment was discussed. 13. Items intended for future meeting a. Town Hall Space Needs Committee. b. Exterior Doors 14. Accounts Payable: Dave Steinmetz made a motion to Approve/Pay monthly bills. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 15. Chris McDaniel made a motion to adjourn.
