Monthly Meeting June 8 2020

Town of Richfield, Wood County Monthly Board Meeting June 8, 2020 1. Jim Good called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. The following persons were present: Tirzah Draeger (Clerk), Tammi Pernsteiner (Treasurer), Jim Good (Chairman), Dave Steinmetz (Supervisor #1), Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #2), Josh Sabo (Fire Chief), Keith Albright (Resident), & Dayle Laddick (guest). 4. Bids – see road maintenance below. 5. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the May 11, 2020 Public Board meeting minutes after amended. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 6. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report as printed. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 7. Fire Chief’s Report. 2 calls. 8. First Responders Report. 5 calls. 9. Road Maintenance a. Bridge on Klondike was discussed. b. Bids: Blacktopping - 1/2 mile more or less. Location will be located after road review. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 10. Building Maintenance a. Doors on Fire Department were discussed. b. Light switch in Hwy Department was discussed. c. Wall in Town Hall was discussed. d. Landscaping was discussed. 11. June 18th – Wood County Hwy Department meeting 8am-? 12. July 17th – Towns Association Meeting. We will be providing prepackaged foods. (Subs, cookies, chips, water, sodas, condiments) 13. Annual Meeting 14. Flag Pole at Cemetery was discussed. 15. New Business on Ward BLVD was discussed. 16. Items intended for future meeting a. Chip sealing b. Tables for Elections 17. Chris McDaniel made a motion to put a stop payment on Check #11925 and reissue the check minus the stop payment fee. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 18. Accounts Payable: Dave Steinmetz made a motion to Approve/Pay monthly bills. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 19.
