Monthly Meeting December 9 2019

Town of Richfield, Wood County Monthly Board Meeting December 9, 2019 1. Jim Good called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. The following persons were present: Tirzah Draeger (Clerk), Tammi Pernsteiner (Treasurer), Jim Good (Chairman), Dave Steinmetz (Supervisor #1), Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #2), Josh Sabo (Resident/Fire Chief), & Keith Albright (Resident). 4. Enbridge Presented the Town of Richfield with a check for $10,000. 5. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to approve the November 11, 2019 Budget Review, Special Town Meeting of Electors, Special Board Meeting, & Public Board meeting minutes as printed. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 6. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report as printed. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 7. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to wave the rent fee for Helping Hands 4 Hope, twice in the year 2020. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 8. Service Agreement with Humane Society was discussed. 9. Property Survey Maps. None at this time. 10. Road Maintenance was discussed. 11. Building Maintenance. a. 4-H sign was discussed. b. Loft in Hwy department was discussed. c. Stove in the Town Hall was discussed. 12. Snowplowing for the Town of Wood was discussed. 13. Snowplowing for the Town of Arpin was discussed. 14. Chris McDaniel made a motion to employ Bonnie Sabo and Sandi Schill as Chief Inspectors. They will attend a training course in January. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 15. Items intended for future meetings were added to January’s agenda. 16. Fire Chief’s report – 2 calls. 17. First Responder’s report – 1 call. 18. Chris McDaniel made a motion to Approve/Pay monthly bills. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 19. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to adjourn. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion.
