Monthly Meeting October 14 2019

Town of Richfield, Wood County Monthly Board Meeting October 14, 2019 1. Jim Good called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. The following persons were present: Tirzah Draeger (Clerk), Tammi Pernsteiner (Treasurer), Jim Good (Chairman), Dave Steinmetz (Supervisor #1), Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #2), Josh Sabo (Resident/Fire Chief), Dan Schuenemann (Resident), and Keith Albright (Resident). 4. Enbridge Presentation moved to later in the meeting. 5. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to approve the September 9, 2019 Public Board meeting minutes as printed. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 6. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report as printed. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 7. Fire Chief’s report – 4 calls. 8. First Responder’s report – 2 calls. 9. Chris McDaniel made a motion to accept Rightway and Stratford Propane 2019-2020 winter contract at $1.08 per gallon for 1,500 gallons. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 10. There were no Property Survey Maps. 11. Road Maintenance - Heeglund Road was discussed. 12. South Washington Culverts were discussed. 13. Building Maintenance a. Wall near west doors was discussed. b. Loft in HWY Department was discussed. c. Protection for the outdoor Fuel Tank was discussed. 14. Road Aid a. LRIP Program (yearly program) b. Multi Model Grant (one time) 15. Election Security Subgrant Program was discussed. 16. ATV Trails (applying to using County roads) were discussed. 17. Special charges on tax roll were discussed. 18. Items intended for future meetings were added to November’s agenda. 19. Bank Loan was discussed. 20. Chris McDaniel made a motion to Approve/Pay monthly bills. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 21. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to adjourn. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion.
