Monthly Meeting September 9 2019

Town of Richfield, Wood County Monthly Board Meeting September 9, 2019 Jim Good called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm. Pledge of Allegiance The following persons were present: Tirzah Draeger (Clerk), Tammi Pernsteiner (Treasurer), Jim Good (Chairman), Dave Steinmetz (Supervisor #1), Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #2), Josh Sabo (Resident/Fire Chief), Josh Klumb (Resident), and Keith Albright (Resident). Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the August 12, 2019 Public Board meeting minutes as printed. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report as printed. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. Fire Chief’s report – 3 calls. First Responder’s report – 0 calls. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the DNR to use our parking lot for the CWD testing. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to approve the Property Survey Map for Dustin Feltz (River Ranch Farm LLC), Section 16, T22 R3E. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. Road Maintenance Heeglund Road was discussed. LRITE Program was discussed and the Multimodal Local Supplement (MLS) was discussed. Shouldering on Washington was discussed. Building Maintenance Lights in the restrooms were discussed. The 4-H sign was discussed. Loft in the Hwy Building was discussed. ATV Trails - applying to use County roads was discussed. Recycling Board Report/Tax Bill Process. Chris McDaniel made a motion to set the Budget Review for October 24th at 7:00pm at the Richfield Town Hall. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. Chris McDaniel made a motion to set the Budget Hearing for November 11th, at 7:00pm at the Richfield Town Hall. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried.
