January 30, 2018 Special Meeting

Town of Richfield, Wood County Special Board Meeting – 2017 Audit January 30, 2018 Jim Good called the meeting to order at 7:51 pm. The following persons were present: Tirzah Draeger (Clerk), Jim Good (Chairman), Walter Schroeder (Supervisor #1), Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #2), Tammi Pernsteiner (Treasurer), and Keith Albright (Resident). Walter Schroeder made a motion to approve the 2017 audit. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. Chris McDaniel made a motion to adjourn. Walter Schroeder 2nd the motion.
