Zoning Committee: 6-09-26 In attendance: Dean Oilschlager, Tom Wolf, Dave Carolfi, Jackie Kitowski, Jan Hillyer,

Moon.
Resident Shannon Moon paid the $150.00 permit fee. Chairman Dean Oilschlager called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Crystal Kellerman would like a Conditional Use permit to start a hair salon in her home. After some discussion about holding tanks and DNR and DSPS approval. Also licensing
requirements
for
cosmetology
establishments,
and
AODA
requirements.
Transfer
of
the
Conditional
Use
permit
was
also
discussed.
The
committee
determined
that
once
the
state
requirements
are
met
and
returned
to
the
board,
approval of the permit will be determined
(changed
July
2,
2026).
The Zoning Committee meeting and the meeting adjourned at 6:17 pm.
