Zoning Committee: 5-27-26 In attendance: Dean Oilschlager, Tom Wolf, Dave Carolfi, Jackie Kitowski, Jan Hillyer,

Chairman Dean Oilschlager called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Yia Xiong wants to convert the attached garage into a flower shop and in the summer
sell
produce.
She
has
a
greenhouse
that
she
grows
flowers
and
produce
in
her
greenhouse.
After
some
discussion
about
increased
traffic,
and
house
distance
from
the
road.
Ken
Porter
made
a
motion
to
approve
the
Conditional
Use
Permit
to
Yia
Xiong
to
start
a
flower
shop
in
her
garage.
Seconded
by
Jan
Hillyer.
Motion
carried.
The Zoning Committee meeting was paid for and the meeting adjourned at 6:10 pm.
