Annual Town Meeting — Minutes

Town of Seneca, Wood County, Wisconsin: Meeting Minutes Note: Minutes are Unofficial until adopted by Town Board April 14, 2026 ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES Chairman Dean Oilschlager called the Town of Seneca annual meeting to order at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at the Seneca Town Hall and opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance. In addition to the board, there were 2 town residents. Dave Carolfi made a motion to accept the April 15, 2025 annual meeting minutes. Tom Wolf seconded. Motion carried. A motion was made by to accept the 2025 Annual Financial Report as presented; seconded by Dave Carolfi. Motion carried. Roadwork Completed in 2025- 1. Roadwork Slated for 2026 – Road Tour has not been completed scheduled for April 25, 2026 1. Finish Range Road 2. Brush work 3. Road Grooming New Business – 1. No new business at this time. Upcoming Events – 1. The Board of Review for 2026 has not been scheduled yet. 2. 2027 Annual Town Meeting will be held April 20, 2027 (Third Tuesday of the Month) at the Town Hall. Adjourn - Motion to adjourn the April 14, 2026 meeting was made by Tom Wol fand Dave Carolfi seconded. Motion Carried. The meeting adjourned at 6:20 pm.
