Town of Seneca, Wood County, Wisconsin: Meeting Minutes Note: Minutes are Unofficial until adopted by Town Board April 15, 2025 ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES Chairman Dean Oilschlager called the Town of Seneca annual meeting to order at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at the Seneca Town Hall and opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.. In addition to the board, there were 1 town resident. Dave Carolfi made a motion to accept the April 16, 2024 annual meeting minutes. Vickie Oilschlager seconded. Motion carried. A motion was made by Vickie Oilschlager to accept the 2024 Annual Financial Report as presented; seconded by Dave Carolfi. Motion carried. Roadwork Completed in 2024- 1. Completed Swanson Road 2. 2 Culverts of Vans Road and ditched 3. Range Road brushed, ditched, filled in potholes with gravel 4. Marsh Road filled potholes with breaker rock 5. Searles Road was completed with LRIP funds Roadwork Slated for 2025 – Road Tour has not been completed scheduled for May 3, 2025 1. Redo the shoulders on George Road 2. Range Road ½ the gravel. New Business – 1. There might be some grant money to update the park. 2. This is an LRIP year and the board will suggest projects Upcoming Events – 1. Board of Review is scheduled for June 10, 2025 at 5pm 2. 2026 Annual Town Meeting will be held April 14, 2026 at the Town Hall. Adjourn - Motion to adjourn the April 15, 2025 meeting was made by Vicki Oilschlage and seconded by Dave Carolfi Motion Carried. The meeting adjourned at 6:21 pm.
