Meeting called to order at 6:30pm • Approve minutes of regular board meeting held on July 5, 2023. Motion by Dave Carolfi, Tom Wolf 2nd. Motion carried by Dean Oilschlager. • Maywood Ct. getting new culvert, county replacing. Motion by Tom Wolf, Dave Carolfi 2nd. Motion carried by Dean Oilschlager. • Searles Rd project postponed until 2024. Motion by Tom Wolf, Dave Carolfi 2nd. Motion carried by Dean Oilschlager. • Presentation by Jewell Engineering on new town hall. Further consideration to be determined. • Dave Alnes to handle dog calls, humane society to do all pick ups. • Unit meeting being held July 21, 2023 at St. Joesph’s Hall • Sheila Grosskreutz approved to attend MTAW conferences as needed.
