AGENDA March 1, 2023 @ 6:30 P.M. Town Board Meeting Notification: Effective in March 2023, Town Board meetings will begin at 6:30pm. Seneca Town Hall, 3540 County Hwy. Q, WI Rapids, WI 54495 Meeting certification & notification: This agenda has been posted in two physical locations and the Town of Seneca website to notify the public of the date, place & time.  Chairman Dean Oilschlager to call the meeting to order.  Approve minutes of regular board meeting held on February 1, 2023.  Treasurer’s report & approve payment of bills.  Public input  Correspondence  If present: Swearing in of Alonna & Everett Roland as back-up Chief Election Inspectors. (continue on agenda until sworn in)  Hire Mike Carolfi as part time help/janitor.  Discuss hiring new road patrolman.  Discuss handle on front door entrance to TH.  Trust account.  Get permission to set up banking on QB.  Discuss/act pulling the sealed bid for the parking lot.  Discuss/act on a plow for the new plow truck.  Pass a resolution to designate someone to issue operating licenses without formal board approval.  Call for an elector meeting before the April meeting to set hourly wages.  Discuss/act and modify ATV signage.  Complete July – December, 2022 audit.  Road Work  Next month’s agenda items to add: Swearing in of Alonna & Everett Roland (continue on agenda until sworn in)  Adjourn
