AGENDA December 7, 2022, 7:00 P.M. Town Board Meeting Seneca Town Hall, 3540 County Hwy. Q, WI Rapids, WI 54495 Meeting certification & notification: This agenda has been posted in two physical locations and the Town of Seneca website to notify the public of the date, place & time. • Chairman Dean Oilschlager to call the meeting to order. • Approve minutes of regular board meeting held on November 2, 2022. • Treasurer’s report & approve payment of bills. • Public input • Correspondence • Discuss moving our financial accounts to a different bank. • Discuss and possibly act on putting the old patrol truck up for bids. • Discuss “Shred-It Document” quote for previous election records. • Discuss and possibly act on security camera for parking lot. • Sign plow equipment use agreement with county. • Sign Wood County Humane Society agreement. • Discuss and possibly act on hiring a private party to plow town hall, ball field turn around and Altdorf. • Discuss the feasibility of buying the equipment necessary to do our own plowing of the town hall, ball field and Altdorf. • Road Work Recurring agenda item(s) until resolved: • Update on .gov email accounts: Our .gov domain was approved and I am currently working with Town Web on completing the process.
