MINUTES of the Town of Seneca ZONING COMMITTEE October 18, 2022 at 6:00 pm Seneca Town Hall, 3540 County Hwy. Q, WI Rapids, WI 54495 Meeting certification & notification: This agenda has been posted in three physical locations and the Town of Seneca website to notify the public of the date, place & time. Zoning Committee Members present: Town Board Chairman and acting Zoning Chairman, Dean Oilschlager; Jan Hillyer; Alex Matecki and Carla Dorshorst Others present: Shawn and Stephanie Minch, Supervisor Dave Carolfi, Supervisor Tom Wolf, Chairman Dean Oilschlager to call the meeting to order. Meeting called to order promptly at 6pm. • Review/discuss and act on a zoning permit for Shawn and Stephanie Minch. An application was submitted and a $150 check to the Town of Seneca. The application was reviewed and discussed. The request is to run a car body work and body shop business out of their home at 4203 Ridge Road, WI Rapids, WI 54495. The Minch’s talked with neighbors to inform them of what they will be requesting from the Town of Seneca. • The recommendation by the committee is to bring this forward to the next Town Board Meeting to be officially approved. • Motion by A. Matecki to advise the board to accept the Minch’s Conditional Use Permit and second by J. Hillyer. Motion carried. Motion to adjourn at 6:30 pm by A. Matecki and second by C. Dorshorst.
