Q, WI Rapids, WI 54495 Meeting certification & notification: This agenda has been posted in two physical locations and the Town of Seneca website to notify the public of the date, place & time. o Chairman Dean Oilschlager to call the meeting to order. o Approve minutes of regular board meeting held on September 7, 2022 and the Comprehensive Planning Meeting held on same day. o Treasurer’s Report o Approve payment of bills o Public input o Correspondence o Discuss and/or act on 2023 budget. o Sign snow plow agreement with the county. o Find a private snow plow company for the town hall and Altdorf community center. o Discuss and/or act on laptop for Town Clerk (Deputy Clerk to utilize current laptop). o Recurring agenda item until resolved: ▪ Discuss purchasing a new dump truck/plow. ▪ Update on .gov email accounts.
