Stat. § 19.85(1)(e), which reads: “Deliberating or negotiation the purchasing of public properties, the investing or public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or reasons required a closed session.” When returning to open session, the Committee may continue discussing the next steps in negotiating with the landfill.
