MINUTES TOWN OF SENECA Monthly Board Meeting June 1, 7:00 P.M. Seneca Town Hall, 3540 County Hwy. Q, WI Rapids, WI 54495 Chairman Dean Oilschlager to call the meeting to order. Meeting called to order promptly at 7pm. Approve minutes of regular Town Board meeting held on May 4, 2022. Motion by D. Carolfi and second by T. Wolf. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report. Motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report and pay the bills by D. Carolfi and second by T. Wolf. Motion carried. Beginning balance, 323,440.23 Took in receipts of 2,608.25. Distributions of $23,296.74. Ending balance $302,121.74 Public input 1. Did we get anything back from Enbridge, need to return permits? 2. Alex Matecki has of officially appointed to the zoning committee. Correspondence 1. IRS address change is completed 2. Bill from humane society 3. Fire inspection report 4. Haas building quote treated lumber for bleachers at the ball field motion to approve 5. Wood County Clerk Trent Miner regarding transition disable voting machineto new 6. Put $4,000 aside for new voting machine. Motion is approved. 7. Board of review has not been sent – Message out to Todd 8. Neighbor has woodshed over property line, Dean Oilschlageris sending a letter Comprehensive Plan 1. Fred Heider will send six copies of maps & plans Road Work 1. Zoning Permits to Enbridge for Solar Project – waiting for answer. 2. Loan options for Hemlock Rd – on hold Motion to adjourn at 8:12 pm by D. Carolfi and second by T. Wolf. Motion carried.
