ANNUAL MEETING TOWN OF LINCOLN, WOOD COUNTY, WI MEETING MINUTES – Tuesday April 20, 2021 6:00 P.M Board Members Present: Chairman David Rogers; Supervisors, Josh Mauritz, Bob Cassaday, Treasurer Janet M. Bell; Town Clerk Kathleen Altmann-Drinka Ken Bell attended. Approval of 2020 Annual Town Meeting: Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve the 2020 Annual Meeting Minutes as submitted. Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Approval of November 10, 2020 Special Elector Meeting: Motion by Josh Mauritz to approve the November 2020 Special Elector Meeting, Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Review 2020-2021 Financial Report: A detailed balanced sheet for the 2020 fiscal year was available to attendees. Public Comments & Discussion: No Comments Announcements: Board of Review Open Book Session will be held on May 12, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Board of Review will be held on May 19, 2021 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. located at Town of Lincoln Hall. Tire Collection will be held on Saturday April 24, 2021 at Pankratz Trucking LLC located at 10709 Hwy 10 (located near Nasonville Dairy) from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. NO EARLY DROP OFFS ARE ALLOWED. Dropping off tires at any time outside of collection hours is considered littering. Please secure your loads on your way to the drop-off site. No Rims. No Commercial. Residents must present their RED Identification Card and confirm residency by presenting their Driver’s License. Each resident is allowed to drop off a total of (8) auto/light truck tires (under 10:00 x 22.5) at no fee. A fee of $4.00 is charged for each additional auto/light truck tire (under 10:00 x 22.5) that exceeds the (8) allowed. All tires 10:00 x 22.5 or larger will be charged a fee of $10.00 each. Tractor tires will be charged a fee of $20.00 each. Fees are due at time of drop off. Town of Cameron and Town of Richfield are hosting.
