TOWN OF LINCOLN 10905 Falcon Road Marshfield, WI 54449 PUBLIC HEARING MEETING MINUTES November 10, 2020 7:04 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED BUDGET: Board Members Present: David Rogers-Chairman, Josh Mauritz, Matt Joiner, Dalton Tysver, Supervisors Janet M. Bell, Treasurer and Kathleen Altmann-Drinka, Clerk Bob Cassaday was absent. Two members of the public were present. Chairman David Rogers called the Public Hearing Meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. The 2021 proposed Budget handouts were made available to the members and to the public. The 2021 proposed budget was read by Chairman Rogers. The 2021 Proposed Budget in on the Town Website. SPECIAL TOWN ELECTOR MEETING: Chairman David Rogers called the special town elector meeting to order at 7:18 p.m. following the Public Budget Meeting. 1. To approve the 2020 total town tax levy to be collected in 2021. Motion by Josh Mauritz to approve the 2020 tax levy to be collected in 2021 in the amount of $391,012.00 Second by Janet Bell. all ayes. Motion carried. Number of town electors voting aye: 8 Number of town electors voting nay: 0 Number abstaining or not voting: 0 Motion by Josh Mauritz to adjourn the Special Town Elector Meeting at 7:21 p.m. Second by Dalton Tysver. all ayes.
