TOWN OF LINCOLN 10905 Falcon Road Marshfield, WI 54449 Budget Meeting October 15, 2020 5:30 p.m. Board Members present David Rogers-Chairman, Josh Mauritz, Bob Cassaday, Matt Joiner, Dalton Tysver-Supervisors, Janet M. Bell-Treasurer, Kathleen Altmann-Drinka/Clerk COVID GRANT ROUTES TO RECOVERY ITEMS: Motion by Bob Cassaday to set the Special Meeting on October 22nd, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. ADDITION TO THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLES: Motion by Dalton Tysver to amend the October Accounts Payables to add Check# 12803 Wisconsin Towns Association for $188.00 Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. TOWN BUDGET PREPERATION: Board Members prepared the 2021 Budget. APPROVE PROPOSED BUDGET: Motion by Josh Mauritz to approve the 2021 final proposed budget of $799,951.00, that will be presented by the Town Electors at the Public Hearing. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. APPROVE SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS DATE: Motion by Dalton Tysver to set the date for the Public Hearing Budget on November 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., and immediately followed by the Special Town Elector Meeting to set the levy. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. APPROVE AGENDA WITH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Motion by Matt Joiner to approve the agenda for the special town meeting.
