STATE OF WISCONSIN Town of Lincoln Wood County NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Lincoln Board is providing written notice and an agenda of the Annual Public Meeting for Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Lincoln Municipal Building, 10905 Falcon Road. AGENDA 1. Call To Order 2. Pledge Of Allegiance 3. Reading and Approval of Minutes from the 2018 Annual Town Meeting 4. Review of the 2018-19 Annual Financial Statement 5. Re-Affirm Village Powers 6. Public Comments & Discussion 7. Update and Discussion on 2019 Road Work Plan 8. Set the November 2019 Public Hearing on the 2019 Budget to establish the 2019 Tax Levy Collected in 2020 (suggested date is Tuesday, November 12th at 7:00 pm) 9. Announcements: • Open Book shall be May 08th 4:00 – 6:00 pm & Board Review to shall be May 15th 6:30 – 8:30 pm • Tire Collection Day Saturday April 27th 8:00 am – 4:00 pm 10.
